This is my second day eating here this week. Sorry for not taking pics. Big portions, great chips and salsa and best margaritas ever!! Visited this place a year ago during a short stay in town. Definitely will come back. I love their outdoor area, especially the music they play.

Service was excellent, I think it was Sarah (English accent). Will be back for sure. Great ambience

Sarah gave is the best service we've ever had, can't wait to come back.Food was excellent and the restaurant was very tidy

This was our first time to dine in the downtown location of Mi Cocina. I think it's my favorite location so far. It is smaller and more cozy. Our young waitress did an incredible job with our high maintenance table. I'm pretty sure she lost a few pounds running around for my sister's specific drinks, tortillas, etc. The manager came by to check on us a couple of times and was very kind. The margaritas and food are always Latin perfection at Mi Cocina. I only wish they offered more gluten-free items. We will be back!

Went to Mi Cocina due to work travel. The bar tender was great and made us great margaritas! It was nice and the food was decent. It looked very clean from the bar area.

Staff was great! We had a booth and there was a table with people blocking one end of the booth so that was a little strange, but not a huge deal! Food was spicy but savory and delicious! Margs are always 10/10

We came in during the recent storm. we were staying in a nearby hotel and it was one of the only restaurants open. When we arrived at 4 pm we were the second couple in the restaurant. Our waitress Rosa sat us in a booth/chair table but it was wobbly so we moved to the next table. We were happy that the table was in eyesight of the Texas game we could see on the TV at the bar. Rosa got our drink order and we ordered Ceviche ans a half order of nachos Locos beef. The food arrived quickly, but we did have to wait a minute or two to get our water refilled. Overall good experience, good price ($28.00 before tip) and good exerience.

Lunches are very good. Jenn is kind and on top of it The lunch specials are where it's at plus you get a free chips and salsa, which is always a win. #5 is great 15 coconuts

I dined at Mi Cocina on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 7 pm. I came with a large group of about 16 people and they were able to accommodate us after a reservation was made in advance. The restaurant was very busy, but I did not experience any issues with the service. With a large group, I was surprised with how attentive my server was with refilling waters, and taking orders. Everyone's dish came out nearly the same time. I had the Mama's Chicken con Hongos. This was a pretty big portion. The chicken was a flavorful, but a little bit dry. I enjoyed the large mushrooms that came with this dish. I also got to sample the ceviche, which tasted fresh and balanced. Overall, I had a nice experience at Mi Cocina even though it was a little tight. The service was exceptional and the food was decent.
